'Drama Rules - ok!'
This course will offer delegates a very exciting and varied introduction to drama, poetry, Shakespeare and pantomime. A dip into 'Macbeth', 'A Midsummer Nights Dream' and Shakespearean slang are on the agenda.
Keiths stories are performed in call-and-response, require no previous experience in drama or storytelling and can be used by any group of children or adults, irrespective of their level of disability.
Keith will also present ways to access drama in the community, seen in his work at venues such as Westminster Abbey and the Globe theatre.
Flo shares her varied multi sensory experiences, at the simplest level of drama looking at early levels of sounds, listening and body dramas. Poetry and simple dramas for circle time, dramatic poems with simple props and also poetry pockets will be presented during the day. Parachute dramas, humour in poetry and a dip into new commercial packages for drama are also on show.
